Ken's business is mainly promoted through referrals with over 50% coming from past clients or referral sources. This is the best way to start a relationship with a client since the trust has already been established. Because of this trust factor it is imperative that the service is of the highest level, losing that confidence is not an option. Making that referral source look good to his friend or relative is Ken's upmost goal. |
